Complaint Review: my lineage

I am a young man who joined the service after graduating high school at the age of 17, and never had been in charge own bank account and my own money before, and still learning. I was misled into signing up for this service through a company called my lineage on the base when I was in the service, and I have to admit I always thought it would be really cool to find out exactly where are family came from. And they have been taking payments out every time I have gotten paid since March now always on the 2 and the 16th of the month like clock work, my mother told me it sounded like a hoax since I hadnt received anything yet and been paying all this time so I tried to call the phone number listed on thier website only to find it was disconnected...surprise.

After this happened I began the disputing process through my bank and disputed every charge they have ever done to this company and what do you know I received a phone call the next day, telling me I can not cancel the membership and I most deifinitely can not receive any of the money back. There are never any refunds!! I was told 100% money gaurenteed. So they changed their tune and told me I could cancel but there are no refunds and I needed to email in to cancel, I did that and the very next day there was yet another payment to this godforsaken place out of my account and it wasnt even on a normal day that they would normally take it out it was on the 29th of the month. This is really sad that this place is being allowed of the military bases to take advantage of the young soldiers whom have never been out on thier own yet. They are risking thier lives for our freedom and for our country and this cmpany is totally screwing them over and taking advantage of them!!

Do not sign up with this company nothing but a fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
