Complaint Review: My Linux Guy

Jack Snodgrass is not to be trusted.  He clearly stated he would perform specific task and in the middle of the project bailed and never made contact again.  Jack seems to be very smart, but has problems with keeping his word. There was never a fight, disagreement or change of plans and he just vanished without saying one word.  Multiple contacts were attempted and he never said one thing.  Because of him doing what he did I had to scramble to figure out a way to get my files off his server.  That is very hard to do when you don't have access to any FTP information.  I was able to find a company that could extract them which cost me quite a bit of money.  My first thought that he was in the hospital or had died, but I checked many sources and found nothing.  I didn't want to post this, but felt I had an obligation since he left me stranded and he cost me so much time and money.  The stress alone of getting all the files that took me around 1000 hours of work to configure and arrange was almost more than I could handle.  Never had a professional of his caliber just vanish with no word.
