I was ripped off by My Little Pharmacy aka tqnetworks, Classic Pharmacy. December 23 I ordered 90 tablets of 37.5 mg Phentermine, including 2 day FedEx shipping. My CC was billed for $109.00 on the 23 Of December.

I attempted to send the company notification that I had not received the shipment via their website. After several email attempts and no response I phoned 866-287-6026 their toll free #. I spoke to a man named "Art" that was very nice and could not apologize enough stating that there was a mix up w/ their server to the fed ex server. Something to do w/ the incorrect "country code."

"Art" asked if he could call me right back. I told him that was fine but if he could contact me on my mobile phone. I asked him to contact my mobile because it has caller ID. The number that came up was 786-336-0689(if that helps anyone). He called me back, reassuring me that the shipment would go out Fed Ex 2 day and that the next time I ordered from there Overnight shipping would be free.

This evening, 1/21/05, I had the same 786 # call my mobile phone. Who ever was on the other end hung up after one ring.

This rebuttal is in reference to a Rip-Off report filed by a so called Jennifer, whom fails to give her last name. First and foremost Classic Pharmacy and My Little Pharmacy are two completely different entities.

In her report Jennifer claims that she spoke with me, Art, and suggested that I hung up the phone on her. Myself, nor anyone at Classic Pharmacy are in the habit of crank-calling people. As a matter of fact, we at Classic Pharmacy run a first rate, customer oriented operation, where each and every customer is given the best service day in and day out. Jennifer also fails to mention that an entire month went by before she decided to contact us (CP), and if after all she eneded up receiving her medicine.

Many testimonials from many satisfied customers will give credence to the fact that all of us at Classic Pharmacy operate at the highest standards in the Internet Pharmacy Sales Industry.
Bt the way, there was no record found of an order sent to a person with the first name of Jennifer for the entire week of Dec. 23rd., 2004.
