I saw a charge on my cell phone bill. When I called Verizon they said that I must have signed up for it inadvertantly. There was no mistake! My Mobile Love charged my phone without authorization! Verizon wouldn't remove the charge. I had to call the company to get it removed. When I called I got an answering machine. I left a message. That was four days ago. No one called me back. They won't return my call.
