I needed a pastel color and instead received a dark color printing paper and received the following e-mail from the representative with no apologies "You received what you ordered.  We cannot guarantee the color to be exact due
to differences of monitor hues and brightness.  This paper is pastel green.  We can certainly return this since it is unopened, but please be aware, since you received what you ordered, you would be responsible for the return shipping
costs.  Just let us know. Thanks, Giny McBride MyOfficeInnovations Amazon Account Specialist." At first she requested for me to send a picture of the item and I explained that I have not opened the item and I simply prefer a refund. Then I received an e-mail by another representative asking for the order number. I immediately gave them a call and the person who answered my call explained that he would send me a shipping label but never did instead I received the e-mail above with no further explanation. I received an order that was the opposite that was promised and now I this company wishes for me to pay cover the returning cost even though they were the one who send an inaccurate item.

Today I have been issued a full refund after informing this company (My Office Innovations via Amazon.com) yesterday that I had shared my exprience online via Ripoff Report. Gina McBride never offered an apology in her last e-mail; however, I am glad this platform helped me received my money back.  Thank you Ripoff Report. Sincerely.
