Complaint Review: My Perfect Credit - 1st Credit Of America

Like many of those reporting against My Perfect Credit/1st Credit of America, the phone call from 1st Credit came as an absolute surprise as it had been more than four months since I cancelled my "Free Trial Period" with MPC.

The woman who made the initial call to me was rude, unhelpful, and could/would not give me any information on what the charges they were "collecting" were for.

After many attempts to return phone calls to a toll-free number, and leaving numerous voice mails messages with no response, I went back to e-mailing MPC.

Nothing I received from them was of any help.

Today I have written and sent certified letters to both "companies" advising them that I am disputing their claim and have filed reports with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau.
