Complaint Review: My Perfect Credit

I was charged $30.00 without realizing I had subscribed to anything. I cannot reach anyone by telephone, voice mail does not give option to speak to anyone. Every time I try to log on to their website, my computer "does not respond", and I cannot access the site. I was able to send an email to their support address, and told them if I did not receive a credit to my card, I would file a complaint with you.
