Complaint Review: My Personal Taxi

Worst Car Service or Taxi Company EVER! I will never ever use them again! Owner Deidre Pinnick is a crack-pot nut-job. She doesn't know how to run a business. They over-charged me by $35 and sent us a beat up old van when we asked for a car, and then the owner treated me like garbage and THREATENED ME when I confronted her about the poor service and miscommunication. I filed reports with the BBB and on here. They should not be in business. In-experienced phone operators, Filthy cabs and nasty drivers that seem to lack hygiene.

This idiot answering phones named Keia answered the phone and took our order to go to the airport was nasty and rude. Saying "Yo Man" over the phone and suckng her teeth everytime we asked a question. To top it off, she took the order all wrong and sent us to Midway Airport instead of Ohare causing us to miss our flight. The driver  was eating a ham and cheese sandwich while he was driving and almost ran off the road while taking us to the airport and belching the whole time and spilled coffee all over the floor of the car. Our reccommendation is to stay away at all costs. We would have been better off walking than dealing with this outfit.
