Ordered by phone on Dec 6, 2017 for Christmas Gifts. Was told they wouldn't arrive until "After Christmas" so I needed to pay extra for 3-5 day FedEx shipping. Total was over $100 for two pillows (Buy one, get one free). Two weeks went by and no delivery. After 40 minutes on the phone waiting, finally got their "Customer Service" Dept who stated : I don't understand why it didn't go out. Will put a "Rush" on it. When it arrived on 12/21, it was in a BAG not a BOX and the bag was torn open. This company is nothing but heavy TV ads, a lot of excuses and poor service. Sorry I spent the time and money dealing with "Mike" and this is the worse part: all the time on the phone you are tormented by having to listen to the same F_ _____ song over and over and over again - Elvis singing "Amazing Grace". Has Mike lost his mind or never had one to begin with?
