I bought 2 MY PILLOW pillows on QVC. When they arrived I was a bit concerned because they were so lumpy, but the ad said that they came with a 10 year guarantee and that they got better after each washing. So, I gave them a try. I've washed them over and over and they get lumpier and more out of shape each time. I bought them particularly for neck support, because I have had neck surgery. Now my neck is worse than ever. I have severe spasms and neck pain. I quite using them, but the damage has already been done. I called customer service and they said that since I bough them from QVC I had to get my refund from them. I told her QVC only allows 30 days for a refund. I asked about their 10 yr guarantee, and she said that they would replace the pillows if something was wrong with the structure, but that they would not refund my money. Why would I want 2 replacements for 2 more lumpy pillows?  This is a SCAM and the ad is misleading. I intend to hire an sttorney for my damage to my neck.

Your report doesn't demonstrate that the problem is really from the company. Even though the product may contribute to your neck spasm, you didn't prove that the product alone was the major cause. Yes, you slept on it, but your issue could come from other thing else while you are not in bed.

Also, they did exactly what they promised on their 10 year warranty. There is nothing wrong with that. A warranty of replacement is not equate to a refund. If you can't get a refund from QVC, then it is your problem.

You may give a review that the product isn't up to your expectation, but that doesn't mean they didn't fulfill their promise to their product. The company actually did fulfill their promise stated in your own report.
