I ordered a pair of Wolky brand shoes from My Shoe Store on June 7, 2008. I received a confirmation of my order on June 8th. My credit card account was debited on June 10th.

On June 15th was an announcement that My Shoe Store was going out of business but that they would honor existing orders.

I inquired about my order on the 19th, and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks. An answer to my inquiry of the 24th arrived with the promise from "Mike" that the order would be shipped "soon", along with an apology for having debited my account before shipping. Further emails to "Mike" and Lord Johns have not been answered.
