I second the lady that filed the first report.  Everything she said is completely true and is almost exactly what happened to me.  It is sad that there are people who are so desperately in need and are in the most vulnerable state and there are people like David waiting out there on them.  I was on the verge of loosing my home and got a call from Carla.  She was so polite and kind and really wanted to help. 

Then I was told to call her manager and speak to him.  David was also polite and kind and very willing to do anything it took.  Fast forward through all the paperwork and faxing and emailing.  Then we come to the crossroads.  Is this really going to happen or is it all just going to fall apart in front of me.  Well, you guessed it, it all fell apart.  I was told that all the letters from the bank were "generated letters" and were not specifically for me. 

I was told that all would be fine just to let him handle all the matters with the bank.  I felt like something was wrong but couldn't put my finger on it.  Now that I dig a little, I see there is a lot wrong.  I wonder how many people are out there that he has to refund?  Could it be that there are no loan modifications that he has actually gotten to go through?  If there is a class action suit, sign me up!
