I personally seen the owner charge a lady for a new motor on her dyson vacuum and it didnt need it. He boasted and said of he didnt do things like this he wouldnt be able to pay the bills. I also witnessed an employee put a belt on an elderly mans vacuum as a kind gesture. Thats all it needed. The owner sam was pissed and said that the employee should of charged him 50 dollars by saying the belt was broke and needed a new one. So the part servuce and labor would have been 50 dollars. I only worked there a week and i seen nothing but unethical practices and blatant lies to people of the communitys face. Please dont let these fraudulent people scam you into fixing or getting a new vacuum. They WILL rip you off and then high five about it when you walk out the door.
