My turtle store They lied about my order, using the hurricane as reason for delay, called twice on my order then they tried to use my purchase as fraud alert, never again will I buy from them or recommend that business Richey Florida

 I purchased two baby turtles from their website and choose the overnight delivery, well didn't hear anything, so the next day I called the store and the guy said it was because of the hurricane Irma and they just got power back a couple of days ago, so the next day I called ups 800 number and the lady said that their area code was not affected, so I called the store again and the same excuse so I informed him that I just called the UPS and at that point he was agitated and angry and said that they ship out of Jacksonville Florida. I hung up with him and then look at the UPS website again and called the local UPS store on the same Street as my turtle store and was told that the Storm did not affected the overnight shipping, so I e-mailed the company and let them know how I felt about the service then they tried to say that my order was flagged as fraud. Very disappointing in this company.
