Complaint Review: My Turtle Store

I ordered and purchased a submersible water pump filter for my grandson's turtle tank (30 gal). I wrote them FIVE times asking for shipping info and never received a single reply. I filled out their online contact form TWICE with NO reply. I paid for UPS ground shipping. Today, I received a small filter, no larger than 4 inches with several parts missing. So not only isn't the filter the one I paid for but it's missing parts to be operational.

Furthermore, even though I paid for UPS ground shipping, the sent it by mail, which required me to drive to pick up (I live in a rural area). Their business practices leaves me convinced they're crooks, to put it mildly. Furthermore, I'm now very concerned that they have my credit card info and may use it without my permission. I received my SS benefits by direct deposit to the same card (AMEX Bluebird)...so I'm very upset about the entire unfortunate transaction.
