I rush ordered a handmade tutu outfit for my daughters birthday! I started to feel uneasy about this when I sent emails asking about the status of my order because I paid extra for a rush order with a need by date that was determined to be ok when placing the order by the owner! I never received a return email on any of the emails I sent until well past the delivery date. They sent me a false tracking number with the usps followed up with nasty comments saying they did their part! The mail had a delay not their fault. They told me to move My daughters party if I needed the outfit they don't refund. & it is not on them. Well a week later no product & a new tracking number! hmmm she wasnt telling the truth about the first tracking number so I don't belive her on this one! Besides she took my money for a rush order with a need by date didn't follow up with me told me rudely to move my daughters party!! Do not use this web sight they will take your money & send no product!
