9 weeks ago 'My UK Delivery' arranged for me to collect and deliver a large mirror i sold on Ebay. Collecting from UK Northampton and delivering to UK Sunderland. The company they chose to do this for me failed 2 times to collect so in the end i had to drive and drop it off to them. The name of the delivery company is called 'City Link'. They attempted to deliver it to a buyer in Sunderland and even though i well packed it and covered it with fragile labels etc they still managed to brake it. I spoke with City Link regarding this and they admitted liability and will refund the 185 total i lost on this. I eventually got through to calling My UK Delivery and they took the details over the phone and said i will have to wait a maximum 6 weeks but it should be earlier as its a straight forward case.
Since then i have emailed and called MY UK Delivery for updates and they fail to even respond. It has now been 9 weeks and i have not had a refund of the 185 i lost not have i had any updates even though i emailed as requested by them on many occasions. To call them is a nightmare and eventually when i got through a girl called Becky answered and she said she cant help me as refunds is not in her job role, she could not even give me the number for her manager but kept repeating i should email which i have done several times only to be ignored.
This company either didnt apply to get my money from City Link or if they did then they do not wish to give me my money back. They are a cowboy company and ripped me off!

I would like to point out that if you was to transport an item with us on our City link service then City link would not directly infrorm you of the outcome of a claim the outcome of a claim is sent to the account holder so this part of your report in in my opinion is not true.

If you are a genuine customer of My UK delivery then i would please urge yout to read through the terms and conditions of our bookings in which you would have agreed to at the time of booking which clearly states we do not insure Mirrors and they are transported at your own risk.

we have not made an insurance claim and refused to give you the funds as we quite clearly do not insure this sort of item.

Kind regards

My UK delivery team.
