This is supposed to be a service you pay to take your mail from a sender and forward it on to another address. Could be useful if you're traveling, for re-shipment, or for buying locally and shipping out internationally.

Except you won't get service. And you won't find out until after you pay to subscribe. They won't even tell you how their service works, or how long it will take them to carry it out. Forever?

They say:

"My UK Mail Ltd are experts in mail handling and package forwarding. We pride ourselves on providing a fast, reliable and personal service."

Here's what happens:

After you pay for a subscription, you get automatic robot email saying that your package has arrived at their address. They claim they will take care of forwarding mail by answering your email requests. All they provide to start this process is an email address. There's no no indication of what instructions they need. Nothing. No forms, no list of addressess for you to fill out, no ship speeds, no price calculation, no important reference info you need to have on record, no confirmation back, and no promise of when they will take care of it. While your subscription runs out and your packages gather spiderwebs, they're having tea and farting around in their bathrobes in front of the telly.

Step 1: Send one request, count on it being lost. Step 2: Send 2 requests and count on them asking you to repeat the first one and ignoring the second one. Step 3: finally, you might get acknowledgement that your request is ready to carry out- without a price for you to pay to finish it, or with a wrong address. Step 4: return to step 1. Yes they will "lose" multiple requests for the same thing.

Surprise, sucker- you paid for a service that doesn't work, they don't care, AND they collect your mail until you figure out you wasted your money. Will your mail get forwarded? Flip a coin and guess!

They ignored 2 of my requests for price, and twice asked me to repeat the shipping speed already noted. They wanted an apology after abusing customer patience for a week, and I sent PLEASE RESPOND messages. Then they lost the address I provided for one shipment, and wrongly just dumped it into another one. Meanwhile my stuff lingered on in their hands for 2 weeks, draining money from my subscription with them and from my outside needs to receive it, while I waited and waited for them to answer, send instructions, or follow requests. I'm still waiting for it to get here and not sure if it will.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Please AVOID THEIR SERVICES!!!

 I start using them a few months ago. In that time i needed  mail-redirection service as i was planning to start business from home but wanted to separate in some way my business and my home address. As i didn't have much money i choose them as they offered cheap service and everything in their policy seem to be perfect...

I was disappointed  from the first hours after the registration...

After i registered and paid over 79 pound (annual subscription), i was badly surprised that i coudn't enter in my account in any way: there is no log in for members, you can not check how much money/ top up you got for postage, whats going on with you post...

For nearly 4months i hv received only one letter- it was opened by them, and they charge me for it 10 (the cost would be abt 1.20 if sent by royal mail...). I don't know how many letters i have received there, i don't know how much exactly they charge as in their web site the prices are completely different- I am feeling that they overcharge me a lot....

About a week ago i expected to receive a letter there, i contacted them to let them know that i waiting for it- there was no response did they got it.... Today i top up my account again , as i was thinking the money in my account won't be enough for postage (i don't hv track of it...) and i am planning to write to them again... But everything seems so nasty...
So to avoid disappointment or just to avoid any extra stress- please look for another company!!! And research! that was on of my mistake- i didn't research enough for them....
