Bought prepad card now it wont register me even after I enter all CORRECT information -? I call them and they can send me my money back but it costs 9.95 plus I already paid $3.95 for the card ?WTF is this company trying to do this on purpose TO RIP PEOPLE OFF - It is WALMART ?
