I placed an online order with My Vintage Hut on March 16, 2008. I asked for the order to be delivered by April 4, 2008. On March 21 My Vintage Hut debited $46.00 from my banking account. On April 2 I received a notification that the order was being shipped. As of August 4, 2008, I still have not received my order. The USPS says it never received the shipment - when I track the shipment it says that it was electronically notified by My Vintage Hut to expect the package for mailing (4 months later, it still says the same thing!) I emailed Cynthia Miller on April 14 asking for clarification on the status of the order and never heard back from her. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on May 2 and a month later heard back from them - they had also tried without success to contact Cynthia Miller (see a pattern here?) This company is on file with the Better Business Bureau and has a terrible rating. I have since learned, through Ripoff Report and Better Business Bureau, among other websites, that I am definitely not the first person to have problems with My Vintage Hut. I wish I had researched this company before sending them money. I have long since given up on ever receiving the hair clip I ordered, or even a refund - but I hope that a potential customer reads this and stays away from My Vintage Hut.
