My Voicemail Network And ESBI $12.95 charged to my Verizon bill without my authorization. Nationwide Internet
My Voicemail Network charged $12.95 to my local Verizon telephone bill without my authorization.
When I tried to contact My Voicemail Network and ESBI to credit the charge, my call was not answered, and was only forwarded to voicemail to leave my name and telephone number so they could return the call, which did not happen. I tried all day. ESBI is the billing company in charge, and they did not answer the phone either. They figure if I do not get through they cannot credit the charge. What a Scam!!

ESBI - My Voicemail Network charged $12.95 ($13.86 including taxes) to my local Verizon telephone bill without my authorization.
I contacted Verizon and was told that I had to contact ESBI directly. Like Jeanne from Redlands, CA, I had trouble getting through but was persistent and after about a week of phone calls was able to speak to a "live" person. I lodged my complaint and the representative provided me with a confirmation # as well as an email address to put my dispute in writing.
If there are any other victims out there, send your email disputing the charges to credit@4Mvn.com. You DO have to include the confirmation as well as your phone number in the email and don't forget to print a copy out for proof.
