My Voicemail Network Charged for unauthorized service for three months now Internet
My husband finally got hold of this company. He asked them to reimburse us for the charges on our ATT bill for $12.95 a month as we had never ordered their service nor had ever used it. He was told that the person on the phone could not do that. He should write them an e-mail with the confirmation number he was given. That he did, but it was returned as an invalid e-mail address. Since then, another charge appeared on our July bill.
This is Monday. I have been trying to call these people again all morning. I hang on the phone for over 10 minutes, and then comes a message to leave my phone number, that they would return the call. It never happens!!!
I called Friday several times, same thing.
Our phone company apparently does not remove these people from our bill.

AT&T removed charges from my bill

Gisela,
this is the 2nd month this charge showed up on my AT&T bill. I spoke with My Voicemail network. They were very sketchy about their business and they would stop billing me, but no credit to be issued. I contacted AT&T, they have removed the charge twice now and suggested I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) My complaint is the first one on record with them.
I don't know why a phone carrier would not credit back the charges. It is a separate charge unrelated to their company. You should only have to pay for their service.
