My Wigs And Weaves rip off, I Westen Union sent $650 fon 8/25/06 for a wig and never heard a word back from them Memphis Tennessee

Very Very bad business. I ordered 3 items from them. They asked me to send it Western Union, I sent $639.00 on 8/25/06 as of today I do not have any idea where my item is. Thet tracking number thatthey gave me shows that my item was sent "Bulk Mail" which means that it will sit for approx. 2-3 months at the Post Office!!!! When I called the girl, Phyllis, she was like a dumb nit-wit saying "I dont know what happend, the mailman just said that he posted it that way", how stupid. Whatthey did was get more money and sent my item the cheapest rate.

Bad business. As of 9/7/06 I still do not have my item nor have I had a telephone call, email, NOTHING. But I must tell you the day I sent the money they called me about 5-6 times with questions.

They are bad business people. It is obvious that I have been taken. DO NOT ORDER OR BUY FROM THEM.

We deliver worldwide and we recommend that all international clients go with a traceable shipping method such as USPS EMS or Priorirty mail. For this order Ms Thomas chose parcel post which has a delivery time frame of 2-6 weeks. The order was successfully delivered at week 5 to St Thomas, Virgin Islands.
 
Since this order in 2006 we no longer offer parcel post as a shipment method. We now offer first class, priority, and express mail services for international shipments.

But, NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER pay for ANYTHING with Western Union. It cannot be traced, tracked, verified or disputed. Always use a credit/check card for purchases. At least you have some recourse with a card, but never with Western Union.
