I wake up on a Tuesday morning intent on paying some bills, only to find out that my account is overdrawn by $750.00. I call my bank to find out why. I get the name My Access Benefits. These people (and I use that term losely) have gotten my account information, and have taken over $150 from me. This sets of a chain of events that has now cost me well over $1000. I call this company to close this account, and to get the money back that they have stolen. The guy on the phone gives me some BS about them sending me a form to fill out, then someone would get back to me in a month. It has taken three months for someone to finally shoot straight with me. They say that the account is closed, but they don't see where they have wrongfully charged me. I want my money back, and I want it back yesterday.
