New consruction at Fountainhouse Apartments in Sparks, NV,  Myan management hired a manager who ended up stealing the idenities of several residents and some applicants. This Manager ruined several residents credit worth thousands of dollars in charges. It was brought to Regional Manager Kristen Toyeas and Owner of Myan Management Bruce Woodward in 2016/2017.  They refused to let residents know or send a letter that they would do credit monitoring for them for a short period.  They threatened that if any word got out, "it would be opening Pandora's box" and I would have to look for a new job!  Miss Toyeas then said " its everyones own responsility to check their credit anyways"!! This company is deceitful, hungry to mislead residents, money hungry and very unwilling to do the right thing for residents.  They kept the most unethical Assistant Manager Karen Aquilar, skimmed on books, horrible customer service, absolutely hates 99% of the residents and speaks horribly about them, lied to several upper managers and the owners of Fountainhouse, she should never work with the public in any capacity...All I can say is be well aware of your credit if you gave any information to this group.  There is a police report that was filed
