After you send the money he tells you you have to pay for shipping insurance but don't worry its refundable. The shipping company Paramount Delivery Express has a nice web site www.paramountdeliveryexpress and even explains the refundable insurance.
The insurance is more than the dog but it's "refundable". If pay it then ask for $500.00 for refundable city permit. When don't pay it they steal everything you paid and threaten to send dog to shelter and charge you with animal cruelty. Very bad people stay away.
