my little $15 dollar purchase was lost, after 3 emails this company finally called. After I explained that I never received my two cell phone cases Mickey said it was not his problem and called me a LIAR! They advertise free shipping...I see why now. You have no other choices to choose so you have to take this shipping method! Rip off!! Very rude customer service!
