I failed to write enough name matches to qualify for a return speed dating event even though over the phone one of their employees told me that I can write even just 1 or 2 names if that's all I liked. Troy emailed me saying that all I had to do was give him another name to be given opportunity to attend another speed dating event.
A very, very rude, amateur and unprofessional business rookie basically slammed her door on me and dictated the matter was closed. No recourse, no rebuttal, nothing. They're not in the matchmaking service, they're just some charlatans masquerading as a service. If you have any other matchmaking services in your area definitely try them out.
Give these rank amateurs a hard pass. They're just a bunch of money-hungry profiteers with no real interest in helping you find someone. I went up the chain of command to the real bosses overseas and got the same treatment. Evidently this fish truly does rot from the head. These guys are only concerned with taking your money.
Improperly trained facilitators to cheesy venues and comedically tragic communication skills from the bosses. Do not go near this ragtag outfit. With business practices of preying on people looking for a partner with no real follow-up support, these clowns won't be around for much longer anyway. Good riddance to this horrible business!!
