Next day, found a FREE ANTISPY/VIRUS CALLED "SPYBOT" DOWNLOADED, AND NOT 12 HOURS LATER GAVE ME A PRINTOUT OF 52 "BAD" VIRUS, tROJANS", & ASSORTED HACKERS WITH dates of the invasions - not only did I register a dispute with MY bank, but it also confirmed other disputes I had made the past 9 months!
when called, Cyberdefender wanted to go back into my pc - "to see what had been found"(whick were taken out by Spybot) & I was afraid to let them back in-lest they REALLY put in some nasty stuff!
about a month later - supervisor said she would return my money, if I sent them an email, stating what "displeased" me! I DID get a physical address, "cause when I sent email-returned as a "ghost address!!
