I was signing up online for change of address with the United Statges Post Office (USPS).  Instead of $1 to validate the credit card, this deceptive firm charged me $39.95.  We've been calling for months to have the charge reversed as we never wanted or used whatever servces they provide.  They use many URLs (e.g. www.mypostaladdresschange.com) but these change and go defunct to hide from customer complaints.

They are difficult to locate but one number that gets a person is: 800-397-5124.  I've spoken with: Thomas, Jamorian, Jose, Brandon, Amanda (a suposed supervisor) and others.  They take your name and phone number (which gets sold to phone spamming services) promising to have a special department call back in 18-72 hours.  This never happens.

They don't provide a service.  You won't get your money back.
