MyCorporation, a Intuit Company wants to charge me $100.00 to cancel services they never even did anything. It took them two days to get the paper work in one place...I canceled the same day the paper work was found. When they wanted to add charges to the account.

On top of all that the man I dealt with Josh Manno, told me I could not get an EIN # or a DBA without a corporation 0r at least an LLC; none of this is true. I found out the same day I could get both all by my self from the IRS and did so.

Thank you for your help

MyCorporation is a leading provider of online document filing services for customers who wish to form a corporation or limited liability company. For nearly ten years, MyCorporation has helped small business customers incorporate their businesses in a reliable and affordable manner. MyCorporation and Intuit strongly believe in customer satisfaction and that customers are our number one priority.

After thoroughly reviewing the allegations set forth, it was discovered that Tam placed two orders with MyCorporation via the Internet on July 18th. On July 19th, after the orders had been billed and sent to our processing department, Tam decided to cancel the orders. A supervisor attempted to contact customer via telephone on July 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd regarding refund request, however, was unsuccessful and had to leave messages. In addition, several emails were sent to Tam regarding her refund request. Contact was finally made with Tam on July 26th. Per the terms of use, MyCorporation offered Tam a full refund less $50 cancellation fee per order as work had already been done on her orders. The refund request was approved and processed on July 31st. Tam was given a full refund less the cancellation fee. Based upon MyCorporation and Intuit's commitment to customer satisfaction, Tam was ultimately offered a full refund.
