2 weeks ago i ordered something from this website and after i payed for it, i thought everything was going to be alright.The package i ordered was a blue color kit for my xbox 360 controller and i couldnt wait to make it look fantastic.Although days passed by and after 5 days i called and sent them emails and yet no one replies! i saw right away that there was no customer service, no one replied to anything and they gave me an email after purchase saying " we will ship thias to you asap" well they failed with that. if only i can just pick it up or something. so this is my report on this website
