Complaint Review: MyDiet Patches.com

My fiance ordered a trial of diet patches in August. Even though she cancelled any further shipments a supply of patches were still sent, and when I recieved my credit card bill at the end of September, I had been charged $169.95.

My fiance contacted the company and they said to return the product and my account would be credited. after allowing ample time for the product to be recieved and my account credited, I called the customer service dept. to inquire why I had not recieved my refund.

That was Nov. 17th. Since that time I have spoken to a long list of people, as well as e-mailing the credit dept. Each told me to wait 3-10 days(the last told me to wait 5-10 days), but to no avail. Each told me that for some unknown reason my refund wasn't going through.

Today(1-5) I emailed the credit dept. again. I suggested that if there was a problem with my account then write me a d**n check. I also threatened legal action. I recieved a reply that they were indeed going to send me a check and that it would take 30-45 days. Ha! Like I believe that. I'll let you know if it happens. I also contacted my credit card company. They weren't thrilled about the amount of time that has passed, but said they may be able to do something since I was continually told by the company that I would recieve the refund.

There are a lot of people complaining about this company for the same reasons. Perhaps we could band together for a class action law-suit.
