returned patches in nov 04. called dec9-04 told refund issued that day. called 12-30 told ck was lost will reissue. asked why they wud not credit credit card as in original purchase told having problems with cc/refund would go ahead with credit thru card. called 1-13 told wud take 30 days from 12-8 inquiry. called 2-1 kristen told me 7 to 10 days more. called 2-10 josh told me credit within 15 days. gave bogus email for me to contact him at if i did not get refund. called again 2-17 told had to wait 30 days.still waiting........
