I called 12/15/2004 after I sent the documentation in to them via certified mail. A Chris said a check was cut and I should have it within 3-10 business days. I called 12/29/2004 to find out where the check was -- an Eleanora said it would take 30 days to mail the check -- it wasn't through the "system".
Today (1/19/2005) I called... a Monica told me they mailed my check the 2nd of December and if I had not received it then they need to reprocess my request.
BULL -- round and round and round and NO CHECK. This WILL STOP.
