MyDogPhoto.com ripoff White City Oregon
Received photo of my dog from this company. Returned them back. The business owner threaten me by collection agency I send check. No evaluation period specified on the receipt or any information when I need to return this photo if I'm not satisfy and etc just photo may not be returned. I'm very disappointed.

This customer has forgotten that this is custom work, a photo of their dog. The guarantee that we give is that we will do the best we can under the conditions of a dog show, and give them a fair representation of the dog that was their in an expedient and high quality manner. They may not like the way their dog looks, but the camera does not lie, and the photo is not able to be sold to anyone else. If they want to review the photo before purchase, they may do so, and see it on our webpage and order from there, but this is a decision that must be made before photos are produced and mailed.
