They sold me full lifetime umlimited music and movie downloads then after they take $53.78 and you try to log on it doesn't allow you. I finally talked to Matisha a customer service online rep and she was to cancel my order right away and refund me $43.83 by the end of the day I asked for confirmation number she said they would e-mail to me and I never heard Internet
I purchased what was said to be full lifetime unlimited music and movie downloads for a one time price of $53.78. I tried to log on and use the account but it is a major ripoff!
I did talk to Matisha online in customer service she assured me I would get a refund of $43.83.
I asked her for a confirmation number or some sort of proof but she said they would e-mail me with it by the end of the day.
Needless to say I never recieved anything. I did print out the conversation wioth her online. If that will do any good I am not sure.
