Complaint Review: MyDV.co.uk

I ordered a mini ipod 5th december for christmas present for my daughter. I never used a credit card-as I dont have one, and have never had any problems with buying over the internet from other companies. Phoned over Christmas---no reply, just mailbox is full-- emailed a complaint. No reply. Beginning of January 06, phoned, and was told by asian customer service(?) that it would arrive by 5th Jan-as it has been in high demand!

Phoned 7th of January, told it would arrive by 12th of January-with 10%compensation. Now 14th Jan, and website and phone are inactive. It seems I've lost everything. I feel a fool, and now start a battle to retrieve my money. I can't afford to buy another-so my daughter has completely lost out. This so called company should be ashamed and shocked into coming up with goods or paying back our hard earned cash.
