Complaint Review: MyDV.co.uk

This company is a total rip off. Take orders, charge credit cards immediately charging more than advertised price and then never send goods.

They also do not reply to emails or any form of correspondence. they claim to have an on-line chat facility but this is near impossible to get through to.

I have has 2 promised despatch dates and have not received anything. I actually ordered a Sony PSP for a childs Christmas present and find it despicable that a company would steal from a child at Christmas.

Please avoid using this site, you will be disappointed.
