Complaint Review: Myers Dinner Theatre

The Myers Dinner Theatre is being run by the most evil and corrupt people I've ever met and have the nerve to call themselves Christians. koi did my first play there in January of 2013, was very excited because they had cast housing. But none of my questions of the place got answered much. I spent $182 on a bus ticket took a leave on my jobs and headed to Indiana. When I got there I wasn't told much I was just put in my room and left alone all week until the weekend until I met the cast. The play was so disorganized and I worked my tale off to put on a good show. I left unhappy because of director problems but came back in July when he stated he changed.

I was ASKED to do a show there and returned for that purpose only. when I arrived it was told that housing had new rules but none of these rules were stated to me just passed down from current boarders. The place was not clean when I arrived but it wasn't the first time so I didn't care. As the summer went on it seemed I was walking on a thin line based on the last shows mistakes as we were given three strikes before it would be closed. There were already 2, and I just got here. On top of that Linnea Leatherman an evil woman that works in the front office would check housing and make things up. I gained proof of this one night when I heard her over the phone with the owner. Her and Donna Myers treat their actors and employees especially the young ones as trash as if they don't matter. Throw our things away, keep our well earned checks from us, and sometimes don't pay like they said they woulda. I was promised to serve during the show due to low numbers I couldn't thus almost starved but stayed to do the show. When it came time for me to leave. I had already stated I could not leave until go was payed. So I could buy my bus ticket home. Instead I was told I had to clean everything before I could leave. I made the place spotless but was nitpicked by Linnea. Treated like trash and still refused to give me my check. Then later said rude things to me over fb. The owner still is in debt to her actors and refuses to lcontradict contracts but insists we can't get paid until we clean. I have never felt such a presence of evil in my life. They're are fleas in housing and ants beyond control. The water is always cold, schedules are not made prior to showing up, money is still owed for shows in 2012, Donna Myers (enough said), cockroaches in the kitchen, many danger hazards in housing including the bunk beds which were built by some woman who lives down the street, slandering if their actors, and mistreatment by the owner. People are leaving this theatre and refuse to come back, Donna even steals servers tips off the table. Do not support this theatre. Call them and tell them no. They need to be shut down and Donna Myers Todd's to be sued and Linnea needs to be fired. They can't keep treating people like wrap and not paying their actors. I've had it I will not be returning and want my money!!!
