MyFax.Com Unreliable service & horrible customer service Internet

I've been a loyal customer of MyFax.Com for about 5 years. They recently did a software/system update which changed their entire interface and service. I was patient through this process for about 6 weeks, however, by now I was hoping they would have worked through the bugs/glitches...they have not. The new system is very unreliable. It's
very slow. They've removed some of the key features that made their service user friendly - they didn't change these features - they just removed them entirely. I called weekly to get an update on the data migration and was told every week to be patient that they were working through it. By this week I had had enough and called asking for some type of credit to off set the many delays/failed faxes/frustration. I was told no - it was my problem and no other customers were experiencing this. I've now switched to a new provider and am extremely happy not only with their product, but with their compassionate customer service.
Even though it will cost me more time and money to change my business cards and website with a new fax number - it is worth it. I need a reliable service and I expect better customer service after being so loyal. They are a horrible company.
