Complaint Review: MyFax

MyFax J2 Global Overcharged, customer service rep acknowledges. Finance will not rebate. Internet

Long time customer of myfax.com, over 3 years with 6 fax accounts. Called to change a fax number (area code and phone number) on an existing account. Changed the the area code as needed with a new number on the master account. Next day a charge for a new number $61.30 on my Amex. Called company, where customer services acknowledged mistake. Credit due in 7-10 days. All is good. 

Only I never recieved my credit. Called again, promised credit 7-10 days. End of next month billing cycle, still no credit. Called Amex and request charge back and credit. Company calls to tell me all accounts are cancelled. The other accounts were paid in full in September. 

Called Customer Service, complained with no resolution. Then they send me an email apologizing for termination but I can call them to reinstate. HOG WASH LIARS.

Due $279 credit from Amex on entire account moved my virtual fax numbers else where.
