Myfrontdoorstore - multifold door systems WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY las vegas, huntington beach, California
Myfrontdoorstore owner Mark lied over and over and over about every aspect of his products and services. The doors themselves do not function. I had two door expert installers tell me that there is no way these doors will ever work no matter what. Mark delivered these doors many weeks late after stalling with every lie in the book and not responding to calls/emails. When delivered there was no glass and they were the cheapest wood and construction I have ever seen.
NOT stain grade as promised in the contract but the cheapest wood available and horrible construction. The installer was supposed to have them done in a couple days but instead left huge holes for anyone to break into my home for over a month and half. Things have been stolen and animals have also entered my home during that time. The worst part is the incredible cost of delaying my remodeling project by 2 months at least.

The author of this article Yael, made various false statements which need to be highlighted. She failed to pay for any glass and one of the doors, and still had an outstanding balance of over $1800 which was per contract to be paid at the time of delivery. It was agreed that upon payment of the remaining balance, the glass and one door which was equal in value to the balance would be delivered. It has never been paid. As recently as yesterday, this offer was made again to deliver the remaining 2 items in exchange for payment.
The doors were constructed of 1 3/4" solid alder, stain or paint ready. The customer wanted to save money and finish the stain or paint, this is also in the contract.
The author refers to installation being incomplete. The company was never responsible for installation and it is not included in the contract for the goods. Of this the customer has been continually reminded and has never presented any documentation to show it was the company responsibility.
The company has offered to assist in locating a licensed installer and even sent one out to meet the customer. The customer was encouraged to contract with an installer directly.
As recently as 4 days ago, the customer advised they would be happy if we could assist with locating a good installer with whom they could contract, which we did, and then without waiting for a date from the installer they made the unreasonable demand for a full refund on all the doors even though they are fully custom, built for her openings.
Despite the above, the company is still attempting to resolve the matter in an amicable manner.
