I ordered a T-Shirt on 01/31/2002 and have not received a T-Shirt yet. I ordered it for Valentine's Day, and guess what day it is?

The company's real address is not 22 holiday Rd. It is actually 53 Old Sudbury Rd.

Todd at MyGarb.com threatened me for speaking the truth

I would like to update this report because Todd at MyGarb.com threatened me with legal action for speaking the truth of this report at the time of it's writing.



I finally got my T-shirt after complaining many times to the company. They supposedly have a tracking system to see where your package is. When I ordered my shirt, they had a cookie that would not let me back onto their website to use the tracking service. Today, I checked, and they actually do have a homepage. When I ordered, you could only access the site through their special email offers.



They claimed they sent the shirt via DHL. I called DHL and they had no record of anyone named Todd Sullivan or anyone from MyGarb sending a package to my address. Basically, they lied to me. Only after repeated requests did they send me my shirt which had a poor silk screen transfer anyway.



MyGarb asks me to remove my complaint, and remove my own site's page reflecting their poor service in my situation. They say they want their reputation to remain good, but their does need to be some public record that people have problems using their site.

We are happy to help any customer with a problem. Our customer satisfaction levels are among the highest of all business to consumer sites on the Internet and we respond to most customer service inquiries with 45 minutes!



We make every effort to correct occasional address, sizing or image mistakes with regards to all orders placed. We have donated thousands of dollars to various charities around the country and have been praised by the NYFD for our efforts and donations in response to our nations tragedy on September 11th.



We take tremendous pride in our ability to serve our customers with top-notch email support but we are unable to help customers who do not provide accurate information as to their identity so please be sure to give your correct full name and email address so we can serve you better.
