I'm very upset because I used my credit card.

We are a legitimate company that has thousands of satisfied customers. We have made significant financial donations to charities around the world and specifically for September 11th 2001 related organizations. When one customer makes rash statements that just are not true it negatively affects business and our ability to donate to charities and ultimately limits our ability to do business in the future for the people that are enjoying it.
