Complaint Review: mygiftcardsite.com

 I received a  $150 visa gift card for Christmas from my cousin.  It seemed every time I tried to use it, it was declined.  I finally called the company and they said it had a fraud alert on it and to reactivate it, I would have to fax some items.  I did this.

Called back in a week and they hadn't received it so faxed it again.  I called numerous times and was told there was no response yet.  Last night they told me they could n't reactivate it unless I sent them a receipt of a purchase of an item I bought at Kroger fuel on January 2 and then returned it on January 3.  First of all, what kind of item would someone return?  a coke, gas - crazy.  They told me the store number and it was on Dixie Highway.  I rarely go out that direction, but possible.  However, it would not be likely that I would go back the next day and return something.  They said when I returned the item it made my balance go over the amount of the card, so it must be fraud.  I said, keep the $7.30 and reactivate my card and they said I had to fax them the receipts.  I can not find their physical address.  They told me they would escalate and I would get an answer in 24 - 64 hours, so I said, Monday, right? They said yes.  I do not believe it will be favorable.  So basically they have stolen this money from me.  I wish I knew their address so I could report them.  theBBB will not allow without an address.  Who can help me
