myhcgplus overcharge on unopened, unaccepted product sent for return acworth, Georgia

I called  HCG and asked that the owner (manager) call me back for I have questions and comments on the product and delivery. It was over a week and she, Janet, one of the owners still never bothered to call!!

Buy your product with someone who has a good report not disrespectful bad values where they only care what goes into their pocket. Myhcgplus.com is one of them. Janet and Terri are not good examples for they are obese and still have not set a standard for what they sell.

I bought the MyHCG product to lose weight. I paid $30 for the product to be delivered, in addition to the $200 for the product, but when the product came to my door I was told I would have to pay another $30 and did not want to pay for the total cost already about $230.

I told FedEx to return the product and when the product was finally tracked as being returned. The company charged me an extra $80 for the return of the product!!!! I called FedEX and they said it cost  $51 to resend the product in a two day delivery (which I did not ask for). Plus on top of that that charged me extra for restocking. HOW REDICULOUS!! This is outrageous for a product that is left in a box and all they need to do is take the label off the top of the box and put a new name on it.

The support staff is NOT GOOD for they get paid for taking a few hours of education online that is not widely reputable. They get paid too much for little knowledge that they have.

Service is bad and with Janet Wilson nor Terri McDonald willing to call me back, it shows they really dont care more than the money.
