For almost a year I purchased vitamins from MyHealthPro.com. At times they were a little slow in shipping, but I tried to order well in advance of my need. On May 12, 2006, I placed an order and the charge went through on my credit card on May 15. However, the order did not come and the online shipping status reflected no shipment. I called twice, talking to the same man (didn't get name), who told me the same thing about the order getting stuck in the system and that they had the product in stock, would ship the next day and give me free next day delivery because of the glitch. Each time I waited a reasonable amount of time (way beyond "next day shipment") and never received the product. Then I wrote an e-mail asking that they ship the product by a certain date or credit my account. I received no reply. At no time during these exchanges did the online status of my order change, even though the man I talked to said each time that he had fixed the problem in the computer and the order was now scheduled.
