I read the webpage sales pitch carefully where it stated a choice digital download or CDs. I ordered the physical copy ON 09/05/18 anticipating a one week waiting period as advertised. On receiving confirmation that payment through Paypal had been taken $57.00 USD. At the same time I received an email with links and instructions informing me that my product was available to download. This was not what I had ordered I did not want a digital product I prefer physical items. I immediately contacted their support desk where the operative informed to try the product. I refused requesting a refund since that time I have contacted them again and again where upon I receive automatic replies informing me a ticket has been generated and they will get back to me. This is then followed up by Mailer Daemon my emails are returned very annoying no product and no refund.
