MyHeritage.com Will Never Use Again Nationwide

My child wanted to explore genealogy, so I let her create an account at MyHeritage.com.  She used my credit card.  She used it for a while, but then became busy.  MyHeritage.com as an auto renewal feature set by default.  My child did not turn it off and was charged $175.12.  Their reasoning is that she had a whole year to turn it off.  She is a kid. As soon as I saw the charge, I called.  They were willing to refund $61.29.  I wanted cancellation and a refund.  Not good for customer service.  I will never recommend.  (Reminds me of the old Columbia House tape thing, and negative option billing.......) I don't mind paying for what I use, but I have no intention of using this service that I have now paid for..... Not good customer service.
